Normandy Bluffs is also home to Fort Meade’s newer constructed Junior NCO (E-1 - E-5) town homes built by the Army Corps of Engineers in the late 90’s just before privatization began on Fort Meade. Named for the European Theater of World War II, Normandy Bluffs is named for one of the best-known battles of WWII.
